1. Check-in is available until 9pm. After this time, a late check-in can be arranged for an additional fee of €40, payable to the person who will be waiting for you during the night.
2. The apartment is located on the third floor with no lift.

ENTRANCE
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a welcoming corridor that leads to the various rooms of the apartment.
LIVING ROOM
To the right, the spacious and elegant living room offers a charming view of the Vicoli di Roma. It's equipped with a TV and features two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite shows.
BATHROOM 1
Continuing down the corridor, there is the first bathroom, which boasts an elegant bathtub, WC, bidet, and sink. The design and fittings reflect a blend of comfort and style.
DINING ROOM
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, accessible from both the corridor and the living room. It houses a dining table and a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for two guests.
KITCHEN
On the left side of the corridor, guests will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. It comes with all necessary amenities including stoves, an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and a comprehensive set of kitchenware.
BATHROOM 2
Further along on the left is the second large bathroom. This room features a shower, WC, bidet, and sink, offering a blend of modern facilities and elegant design.
FIRST BEDROOM
Across the corridor lies the sleeping area, leading to the first bedroom. It offers a lovely view, abundant natural light, a TV, and a closet for clothing. The room includes a comfortable double bed with clean linen and towels, and its own air conditioning unit.
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom is equipped with a commode, an armoire, and a bright window that offers views of the traditional Roman streets. It includes a comfortable double bed, complete with linen and towels.
THIRD BEDROOM
At the end of the corridor, the third bedroom overlooks the other side of the building. It features a double bed, an armoire, air conditioning, and comes with comfortable, white towels and soft bed linens.

2. My apartment is rented under the tourist law. So I can only rent to private individuals for touristic reasons. A receipt will be issued upn request according to the regulations.
3. I respect the law. In order to be compliant, a regular contract will be signed at arrival and the passports of all guests will be registered with the local police station.
4. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.
