Seagulls Nest is a charming studio flat located on the lower ground floor of our home, offering guests a private and comfortable haven to call their own during their stay. With its own separate entrance, guests can come and go as they please, enjoying the freedom and flexibility to explore all that Brighton has to offer at their leisure.

Step inside Seagulls Nest, and you'll find yourself greeted by a cosy and thoughtfully curated space designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. The studio features a comfortable double bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure. The living area boasts a couple of comfy chairs and a coffee table, providing the ideal spot to unwind with a good book or enjoy a leisurely cup of tea.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a fridge, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and kitchen table with chairs.
