This suite can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a Queen sized bed in the primary bedroom with en-suite washroom. It has a Double sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms for guests to use.
The space is beautifully furnished with a lux minimalistic vibe. One bathrooms features a standing shower and second features a tub. In-unit laundry and dryer also makes it a perfect place for an extended stay.

Major Grocery store Loblaws along with Pharmacy Shoppers Drugmart is a 5 minutes’ walk. Sobeys is a 7 minutes’ walk. Canadian famous coffee chain Tim Hortons is a 1-minute walk and Aroma Café is a 5 minutes’ walk. Popular restaurants Hunter’s Landing & The Morning After (drake’s favourite hangout spot!) is a quick 2-minute walk.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole apartment.
1st time access to the building will be given via buzzer. The apartment has a smart lock system (guess will be shared their unique password). Once the apartment is accessed, the guest will find the Building Access Fob in the unit (facilitating all building access for future). There are no keys to the apartment, just the password for the smart lock!

Important to Note:
Mailbox: Access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Bags Drop: Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb .com to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Laundry Use: please limit laundry use to 1-2 loads per trip of less than a week. We believe in energy conservation.
Toiletries & Other Consumables: For long-term stay (stay above a week), we will provide with all essentials like toilet paper, toiletries etc. to get you started. Please top-up as you like from the nearby grocery stores.
Cleaning Service during Stay: Cleaning services can be arranged during your stay (valid for longer than a week stay) as per request. Our cleaning staff charges a fee of $120 / visit. This is will charged extra if a cleaning request during stay in made.
