We had a really relaxing time at Mary's. If you're looking for a place in the centre of Westport that this isn't for you but if you don't mind driving for a few minutes, Mary's is well worth the trip. Just make sure you follow the directions she sends you. Her house is charming and having the room downstairs where you can relax - especially in front of the wood burner - is just wonderful. She has wonderful grounds to wander around with a river running through. Quite magical. Great breakfasts too. Mary is a wonderful host.

This home is both a little world away from it all but is also within easy reach of Westport. Mary and Eamon are most welcoming hosts and are very keen to make sure that guests are happy. The living room is spacious and it was so good to have the woodburner lit for us on cooler evenings and to have good books and music provided which we were encouraged to use. The bed is very comfy, breakfast is great and the river bubbling along below the window makes it an enchanting setting. We will certainly stay again if we're in the area.

Mary and Eamonn were lovely hosts who made us feel at home whilst giving us our own privacy. Mary in particular is full of character and was great to chat to. The room was clean and airy and the breakfast/sitting room was a great place.....lovely to sit down, relax and have a glass of wine in front of the log burner at the end of a busy day. The breakfast was great, light but plentiful and Eamonn's homemade bread was both delicious and a lovely touch. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommended.

Mary was very welcoming and chatty. Her house is in a beautiful setting and just as described - spacious, clean, and cosy. The breakfast was delightful. An all round great airbnb experience and we would definitely stay again next time we're in Westport.

We loved our stay at Mary and Eamann's place. It was so peaceful and restful, and the upstairs room we stayed in was clean and quaint, and had a beautiful king bed. The downstairs main room was a delight as well, with a warm fire and a cosy windowed area for our breakfast. You should also ask about the trail down the river that's part of the property - it's a beautiful little walk with a bridge over the water. Delightful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I am a musician, I'm from Belfast and I moved to the West of Ireland recently. I love my music and love performing at various functions and concerts.
I love the outdoor life which includes attempts at running every morning through the beautiful local woodlands here. Also short rows on the nearby river, trampolining, sailing and swimming in the sea with my two lovely girls. I sought the quiet life after a hectic city lifestyle and found this dream home.
This location is a perfect silent and friendly place to travel from and explore all outdoor pursuits.
