Welcome to Casa Di Aqua, your luxurious waterfront escape with breathtaking panoramic water views from nearly every room. Relax in the soaring two-story living room featuring a stunning two-sided gas fireplace shared with the sunroom, or unwind on one of three spacious decks overlooking the water.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig, air fryer, slow cooker, and essential appliances for easy entertaining. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck with the large gas grill while taking in the peaceful waterfront scenery.

For entertainment, gather in the home theater featuring an 85-inch TV and oversized recliners — perfect for movie nights after a day on the water. Need to work remotely? The home also offers two dedicated workspaces with desks, a printer, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
