The space

Situated on the second floor a delightful professionally designed boutique style semi-contained studio apartment in a period residence.
This newly refurbished apartment has been completely re-modeled but manages to retain many of its period features and charm, from the high ceilings to the generous Victorian windows all married with concessions for modern living which make any length of stay a pleasure.
This studio features a fabulous Queen size bed (150cm) and has dining area and a
well equipped kitchenette with a sink/drainer, induction hob and an over-hob extractor unit that ensures all cooking smells are vented out of the studio as well as a combination microwave/fan oven suitable for cooking pizza's to the perfect Sunday Roast!
This Studio is fully self contained with its own shower and toilet area.
As with our other apartments great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hair-dryers and ironing board….all provided for your use.
The flat screen TV is 43’’ and the picture quality is excellent, it’s mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room.
The residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidised and you can wash a load from just £2.
Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful.

East Croydon to Gatwick Airport- the UK’s largest airport- in just 15 minutes!
Croydon has excellent road, rail and air connections providing first class transport links to London, the UK and overseas. Bus services are extensive and we also have a network of Trams.
We have a wide range of dining options, bars and nightclubs. All ages and tastes are catered for. We are one of the liveliest and best served centres of culture in the London area. Boxpark has basically turned Croydon into a new vibrant version of Shoreditch. Since its opening Boxpark Croydon has quickly become the main attraction in the borough for its street food and events, with the likes of  grime rapper, Stormzy making headline performances.
We have over 2,600 acres of parkland and open spaces. Our rich inheritance comprises over 120 parks and nature reserves offering the widest possible range of sports and leisure. The surrounding fields and woods of the North Downs provide a natural framework around the borough.
Croydon is home to Crystal Palace football club, who play at Selhurst Park.
