Delightful studio for two persons with no shared areas, fully self contained. Modern kitchen with a dining/work area. Clean and modern bathroom with power shower. Comfortable sofa and queen size bed 150cm x 200cm. Situated on the second floor of our popular building in South London. Direct links into the heart of Central London from our local station, East Croydon.
The space
Just 12 minute walk, or 4 minutes by bus, from the busy East Croydon mainline station whisking you into Central London in just 15 minutes.
The studio is fully self-contained with its own toilet/shower room and is situated on the second floor. A communal laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available. Use of the machines isn't free, but the prices are kept heavily subsidised.
The studio apartment comes with the the following included:
-A modern comfortable Queen size bed (150cm x 200cm)
-Dining table and two chairs
-Comfortable sofa
-Combined microwave/fan oven
-Fully equipped kitchenette with cookware and cutlery, induction hob and extractor hood
-Fridge-freezer,

-43'' smart TV with freeview digital channels.
-Iron and ironing board.
-Room with individually controlled heating.
-Easy access to laundry facilities

The studio is fully Self-contained, there are NO SHARED AREAS.
All locks are electronic and check-in and out is independent and automated, you will receive door entry codes before arrival.
We have a laundry for your use at the rear of the building, it is not free but very reasonable.

Our studios and apartments are located in Croydon, which is in the southern part of Greater London (zone 5).
Croydon is a great place to stay, and many people choose to live here and commute into Central London because of the reasonable cost of accommodation and the excellent transportation links.
East Croydon station is a major transportation hub and is easily accessible, just a 12-minute walk or 4-minute bus ride away. Although there is no underground connection here, East Croydon Station offers a fast and direct overground link straight into the heart of Central London, which is much faster than using a crowded and hot underground train that stops at all stations.
Trains are fast and frequent, running every 7 minutes, and you can reach London Victoria Station in 15 minutes and London Bridge in 20 minutes.
A London-wide 24-hour travel card for use on any mode of transport from zone 5 is currently priced at £13.00.
We are well served by shops and supermarkets that are just minutes away and there are pubs and restaurants too.
We are conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, which is just 15 minutes away by train, with trains running 24/7.
Luton Airport is also easily accessible, with a direct train route passing through the capital (and St Pancras Station) to East Croydon Station. The journey time by public transport is around 1.5 hours.
Heathrow Airport is in West London, and the journey time by public transport is around 1.5 hours.
Stansted Airport is in the east of the capital, and the journey time by public transport is around 1.5 hours.
