Since 2011 this is the only bad review I have received. We offered for a cleaner to come just not available on Sundays or to give money back to check into a hotel where we felt would be better suited for your needs for 2 night trip. The guest checked in at 4pm and I received an email of the issue at 12am. The guest had also a problem with the size of the rooms down to the type of curtain hanging in the bedroom. The apartment had been professionally cleaned but keep in mind the building is 100 years old.

My sister and I live together in are cozy prewar apartment downtown.. Easy going and friendly. We go out of town frequently as well as have a spare room when we are in town. Really love the sense of community airbnb brings.
