PCC the organic grocery store is just across the street (you can park at their parking lot for 90 minutes if you buy grocery there) , starbucks, restaurants, ice cream stores, banks or sports stores just around the corner of the street. Fire station is across the other street which also makes this area so safe & care free...
This 12-unit, two-story brick building in the popular East Green Lake neighborhood is located only one block from beautiful Green Lake Park. The park serves as a natural preserve and features many recreational facilities, including a newly reconstructed trail around the lake, athletic fields, tennis courts, indoor pool, outdoor wading pool, and beachfront.

Other things to note
It is on the top corner. It was very quiet. However, there is a construction in the back NE corner, you would hear construction noise during the day but they usually end work at around 4 pm. It is still peaceful and quiet after then.
The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy.
Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed.
This apartment does not have a parking lot, so if you have a car, you find a street parking or meter parking or the "Park and Ride" lot under I-5 bridge.
*No smoking, that includes no hookah, no weeds and no drugs!
*No other stranger to sleep here other than the tenant unless notify in advance or deposit will not be returned.
*Please turn off heater or other appliances when you are out to help to keep our rate always reasonable.
*Please recycle as much as you can to reduce the garbage, even food can be recycled as compost.
*please be quiet after 9 PM.
*Please use hair trap in the tub and throw away hairs after each shower to avoid clogging the drain.
Please do not use washer and dryer in the late evening.
