The space

The building has security entry and an elevator with quick access to all floors. There are stairs in the building also. The apartment has two bedrooms each with a kingsize beds and homely furnishings with ample storage whether you are staying for two night or two months. The master bedroom includes an en-suite shower room. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over and has a contemporary bathroom suite and tiling.

The living area has a comfortable sofa, dining table with six chairs and digital TV/DVD and free wifi. The kitchen includes all modern appliances - fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The cupboards are stocked with all necessary items for home cooking.

The apartment has central heating and is naturally warm from the well insulated windows throughout the property. A great place to stay for both business and leisure travellers.

Check-in from 8pm - 10pm - £20, from 10pm - 12pm - £30 (on arrival)

The neighbourhood

The Merchant City is one of the most vibrant areas in Glasgow and is full of diverse and interesting buildings, cafes and restaurants. It is a preferred location to both professional and artistic residents with a number of small galleries and theatres in the area. It is also home to a number of high end boutique style shops and more famous international labels. The apartment looks onto to some of those landmark buildings that were home to the City's Merchants during the 19th Century.

The annual Merchant City Festival and Celtic Connections attract a growing number of visitors each year who enjoy concerts, Scottish Ceilidh dances, comedy events and exhibitions at venues, including the Tron Theatre, the Old Fruitmarket, the Trades Hall, and St. Andrews in the Square.

Getting around

The apartment is situated at the heart of Glasgow's city centre. The merchant city area is within a walking distance away from the apartment with many restaurants, bars and other sightseeing destinations.

There is no private parking at this apartment but we can offer discounted pre-validated tickets for nearby carparks operated by Q-park and City Parking, which allow guests to park for £6.50 per 24 hours. Further information will be given at check-in or upon request.

- Pets are not permitted in any of the apartments
- The apartment must be returned in good condition and the same general state it was received. Breakages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guests.

The apartment on Ingram Street was perfect. Great location, comfortable decor, and fabulous bedding made it just marvelous. Everything you could want is within walking distance and I loved that Tesco Express was right next door. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Glasgow. Just delightful!

The flat was spacious and clean, and very central. We could walk anywhere in the city centre, and when going to the West End it was easy to get a taxi just outside the door. The host was quick to answer any questions we had before we came over, and met us upon arrival as we agreed. The flat had all the facilities advertised. It was also quite warm (quite a few Glasgow flats aren't due to bad isolation), which was nice this time of year. I would highly recommend staying here.

Eruc has been very professional. The appartement is centally located and very trendy. It is also very well equiped. We did not miss anything. There us a Tesci next door as well as a nice cafe. The area around is full of cafes and restaurants

Excellent experience with Eric, the apartment was clean, nicely located and decorated. We arrived early by train and Eric was willing to accommodate our family and meet us early so. Great for our family with older children, highly recommend!

La comunicacion por mail fue atendida al momento. Nos estaba esperando a la llegada y nos facilito un descuento en parking cercano que hasta q me ubiqué para aparcar mantuve 2 dias a unas 5 libras por dia. Hubo una incidencia en fin de semana en el ascensor que atendió con toda velocidad, yo viajaba con una persona minúsvalida ( en lo que cenamos se habia solucionado). Muy bien ubicado, limpio y un super abierto hasta las 23 h al lado. Cafeterias y restaurantes en la misma calle. Cocina totalmente equipada. Y dos calles paralelas descubrí el restsurant italiano del chef inglés Jamie Oliver ( para los aficionados a la gastronomia) a un precio muy asequible. Ya se lo comuniqué a Eric, iremos mi familia y yo varias veces este próximo curso a Glasgow , mi hija va a hacer allí el Erasmus, y en cuanto vayamos tres juntos solicitaremos su alojamiento. Un saludo Eric.
