To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and maintain a peaceful environment for our lovely neighbours:
✅ Book with the correct number of guests – including all children
🚫 No unregistered guests or outside visitors allowed
🔇 No loud noise or music, especially after 9 PM – we are in a quiet residential area
❌ No parties, hens/bucks nights, or schoolies bookings – we have another house available for special events if needed
🚭 Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors – a $400 penalty applies if smoke is detected
🪑 Please do not move furniture or take kitchenware outside
🔐 Always lock doors and windows when going out, and turn off air-conditioning/lights
🔑 Report any lost keys/remotes – replacement charges may apply
🧻 A starter pack of essentials (e.g. toilet paper) is provided. For longer stays, nearby shops are convenient for restocking
By booking, you agree to follow these house rules. Violations may result in immediate eviction and penalties.
