Really charming place, close to public transports and with a lot of little bars en restaurant around. The bed was so comfortable and the pillow also, wow much better than my own place! As mentionned you'll need some eyemask to sleep but I would hardly recommand earplugs as well for light sleepers like me because the neighbour aircon is noisy too. Ann wasn't here during my stay because she was abroad, but I could met her roomate which is a great guy. Anyway she stays available all the time I had a question about the flat so everythin was fine. I rent that bedroom for my first trip abroad alone and I really enjoy my one week stay. Thanks!

Big room, very comfortable bed. Ann was out of country, but arranged for her friend to let me in and give me the keys. One hiccup - bathroom cleanliness. Sink was clogged, and mold infested, and shower curtain was extremely moldy as well. As I'm allergic to it, I had to clean all that off, in order to actually be able to breath in the shower. Ann was traveling for few weeks at that point, and couldn't control or do anything about it, understandably. She reimbursed my expenses. Other than this - the place is great. Three subway stations withing 10-15 mins walk, Saturday farmers market few blocks away on Dekalb, shopping center nearby, restaurants and bars, lovely neighborhood. Ann was very responsive, even with her being overseas, she was getting back to me in a timely manner. Will most likely stay again!

While Ann was traveling most of the time during my stay, she was a great host. She was there to do check-in in person and was very kind, welcoming, and answered all my questions. Ann's room is very large and I had no trouble fitting my things and was also able to hang all my clothes. I only used the microwave since I was too lazy to cook but Ann invited me to use the kitchen as I pleased. The apartment is located near a lot of stores that stay open late (including a 7/11 that's about a ten minute walk from the apartment). The subway is also a short walk away and it doesn't take long to get anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan from the apartment's location. The neighborhood is very safe with a lot going on as far as bars/restaurants go at the same time.

Ann is really a very kind person. The place was just as I expected: very quiet with the metro station in walking distance. I can warmly recommend it. Thank you, Ann for your hospitality.

Stayed at Ann's place for around 2 weeks. I had an amazing stay. Ann was super helpful in setting me up. Provided detailed instructions about the place, which made. She was very responsive to all my follow up questions. Also, the apartment is in a great location in Fort Greene. Very close to subway and Fort Greene Park.

I stayed at Ann's apartment with a friend for two weeks; a beautiful flat in a gorgeous neighbourhood, full of restaurants and bar and very close to the G train stop. Ann was always very available and nice, so overall it was a great experience.

Response from Ann:
I also just found out that my roommate said that Marialuisa and her guest were a "nightmare" to live with. Here are his exact words: "The leftover food and dishes in the fridge was your subletters who were kind of a nightmare (the second pair) and ate my food, and probably yours, without replacing and left dirty dishes and food all around."
