City Ordinances and Condo Rules:
-Number coding for city center for cars same as Metro Manila with no holidays and window exemptions unless previously announced.
-Smoke Free Baguio Ordinance: Smoking is not allowed in public areas and accommodations. Smoking is prohibited in the entire City Hub complex and inside the unit. Penalty is P5,000
-Baguio Silent Ordinance: Quiet time in Baguio is from 10:00pm to 6:00am daily. (P5,000 penalty and cancellation of stay without refund)
-Clean as you go for dining and kitchen utensils, we do not charge a cleaning fee with the nightly rate, we only charge a cleaning fee of P1,500 deep cleaning is required and if CLAYGO is not practiced by our dear guests.
-Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property and use the amenities of City Hub
-Strictly no pets, but there are pet hotels in Baguio City
-Airbnb Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. Please take note we are only paid by Airbnb after check in of our guests.
-We do not require a security deposit, but all claims shall be filed with Airbnb's Aircover.

Baguio is a smoke free city, no smoking inside the unit and in public areas.
Being brand new, there is a chance of small noise when there are small renovations done in other units.

*Damages, violations and extra cleaning shall be filed and claimed via Airbnb resolution and Aircover. Please abide our house rules to avoid Airbnb guest penalties.

We are providing 1 tissue roll per bathroom to start for every group, if you need more or staying longer, please purchase in advance as we only provide tissue rolls to start.
For linens and towels, we do not have extras inside the unit due to space, we try our best to conserve water too by limiting changing of towels like hotels since this is a long time problem of Baguio City. For stays longer than 5 nights, we give an additional change linens by request.
Additional cleaning by request and scheduled in advance is 1,000 pesos (2 Cleaners) but please make sure to kindly secure your belongings, as we will not be liable for any loss.
