Welcome to Seeking Sanctuary' professionally managed by Stay on 30a, a luxury, modern coastal home! This oasis is nestled conveniently between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood. Seeking Sanctuary is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3288 sq ft home that is perfect for adult groups or families with kids. The relaxed coastal feel is inviting and you will feel at-home in the open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas that multiple families can enjoy. You will love preparing your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Multiple patio spaces for entertaining throughout the home. The third floor features an area for kids to play or reading on rainy beach afternoons. With on-site parking for 3 vehicles plus 6 complimentary adult bikes exploring the local shops, dining spots, and entertainment of Rosemary Beach is a breeze. A tram stop is conveniently located right next to the home to easily access the nearest beach via the Villas at Sunset Beach, located directly south of Seacrest Beach.

Three parking spaces available (3 driveway). Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security.

SEACREST BEACH COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. When you re ready to take a break from the pool and beach be sure to visit Peddlers Pavilion. Peddlers Pavilion is located in Seacrest Beach and is a collection of fun and unique businesses. Here you will find boutiques offering coastal attire to handmade jewelry. There are also some great local spots for dining. For additional entertainment shopping, dining and local events, take the Scenic 30A bike path to nearby Rosemary Beach, Florida.

AMENITY ACCESS
In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
BEACH ACCESS
Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a . Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire house & patios while staying on-site. There are three driveway parking spaces.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
