3 beautiful bedrooms, balcony with views of blue skies and palm trees, open patio, equipped gas grill, and a maintained clean saltwater heated pool, around 82-86 degrees!

(No heated Hot Spa included, unless communicated prior, for a 50$ fee per day - 4-5 hours, min 3 days)

New laundry with washer and dryer & ironing board, steamer and beach towels.
Small office area underneath the stairs in the living room.
Spacious, beautiful and homie home.

4 car driveway. Non-outlet street.
Impact windows and doors.
Kitchen and baths are all stocked!

Security cameras around perimeter of the home.
Swim at your own risk.
Pool is designed for adults and is deep.
Please monitor your children as there is no gates.

Overflow spa/pool heating fee is 50$ per day for 3-4 hours, min 3 days.
Pool heat is included, it will be 84-89 degrees, depends on how you like it.

New unique A/C and heating system with UV light air purification from mold and bacteria.

Each bedroom is supplied with vast walk-in-closets.

Safe is located in the master bedroom.

All games are in a little closet in the living room near the laundry doors, and the rest are outside, near the grill in a little shed.

Rest and unwind!

/No parties, pets or smoking, heavy alcohol usage and noise - home is located in a family friendly area.
Guests who do not comply will be asked to leave and pay a fee min 500$/

Pool is now app controlled.
(Please do not click on anything near the pool pump or heat pump, as it will block the whole thing - we now have expensive equipment that heats up super fast) Thank you!
