Guests can rest assured that they're in the heart of the action during their stay. The pristine beaches of Pensacola are just a short drive away from this property!

The space
This stylish one-bedroom, guest house offers 700 square feet of well-utilized space, providing a comfortable and functional living environment. The guest house is located behind the owner’s main home, but completely detached with its own private entrance in the rear of the property, ensuring privacy during your stay.

Upon entering the guest house, you'll ascend a flight of 14 stairs where you'll find yourself in the living area, which connects to the full kitchen and dining area. The open layout enhances the sense of space and facilitates effortless movement between different areas of the apartment.

The bedroom offers ample space for a comfortable queen size bed, side tables, and other bedroom furnishings. The walk-in closet adjacent to the bedroom provides convenient storage for clothing and personal items, helping to keep the living space organized and clutter-free.

The bathroom, includes all necessary amenities, such as a bathtub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet.

Another feature of this guest house is the private balcony, offering a charming outdoor space where residents can relax and enjoy fresh air and views of the surrounding area.

Additionally, the apartment includes a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, adding convenience to the guest’s daily routines.

With a dedicated parking space just a few steps from the entry door, residents can easily access their vehicles without hassle. Guest access
The guest house offers an extra layer of security and privacy with a well-lit walkway and keypad entry system. Guests will be provided with a unique access code, ensuring only authorized individuals can enter the apartment. Designed with privacy in mind, the guest house has a side entry, ensuring separation from the main house. The windows in the back of the guest house facing the main home are frosted, allowing ample natural light to filter through while maintaining discretion and privacy for the residents inside.

In this scenario, the apartment guests do not have access to the backyard, as it is exclusively reserved for the homeowner's use. The sole shared area with the owner is the parking space, with his vehicles stored in the garage beneath the guest house. Occasionally, when the owner opens his garage door, there is brief and minimal noise within the apartment.
