A spacious bright room with 55inch Samsung Smart TV with NETFLIX. A cosy space to lounge in front of the modern log burner. The room has a 3 seater sofa and two armchairs by the fire. We provide logs ready for the burner.

We have an allocated car parking space in the cottage court yard. This is sign posted directly at the back door of the cottage. This space also has a small patio set for guests to use

Direct walking access to Pitsford water is around 10 minutes gorgeous trail walk

Pitsford Water / Reservoir, Moulton Collage, Sywell Areodrome, Lamport, Silverstone Circuit, Brixworth Country Park & events at Sedgebrook Hall are all popular destinations for visitors in the area.

Pitsford Water offers something for everyone, there are stunning views over the water, making it a great setting for walking, cycling, fishing, sailing, water sports and nature watching.

A well marked, 7 mile walk, beside the water you will have a great day out whatever your ability. Just a stone’s throw away is Brixworth County Park, which is an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll, a picnic or a family day out.
