Pan is a superb Airbnb host, she gave us lots of tips and helped us book trips and onward journeys. The Siam Tulip is a budget guesthouse that has a great a bar area although the whole place could do with a good clean it is very close to all the action. The pornping tower is directly opposite and has a roof top bar that has 360 degree views of Chiang Mai. There is also a delightful cafe about 60 m away that serves good coffee and breakfast

We needed just 1 night in a place before going on a trek and this fit the bill. Location was great, we could walk to a market near by for food and shopping. Accommodations are basic and met our expectations for the price. Host was so kind to allow us to order breakfast from the restaurant before our tour.

Siam-Tulip and Pan were great. Very close to the night market, locals market, and great massage places. Pan is helpful with suggestions on where to eat and shop. Highly suggest the ham and cheese croissants that Pan makes, delicious! We would gladly stay there here again and enjoy Pan's company.

We loved staying with Pan! It was a great location with private room. We got 2 free bottles of water a day, and had the BEST mojitos in the world. I recommend staying here if you're stopping in Chiang Mai for a night or two.

Pan was amazing! My friend and I are solo travelers in our 20s and booked this place after we had a bad experience at another hostel. She was so sweet, welcoming and kind and made us feel so happy to be here. We stayed for 5 nights and got the best sleep ever, good food and reasonably priced drinks. Highly recommend this place for the price, privacy (we had our own room and bathroom) and hospitality.
