Lovely two bed apartment, with newly renovated bathroom (June 17), private garage for storage of skis and outdoor equipment. There is outdoor parking 50m down the road. Situated in quiet residential area just 10 minute walk to the Aiguille du midi cable car and town centre.

The space

The apartment is well laid out with two double bedrooms that open into the kitchen/living room. There is wardrobes and storage in both bedrooms.

The indoor garage is accessed by internal stairs and has space for storing outdoor equipment.

Guest access

The guests will have full use of the apartment. The garage is a shared space and guests must only use the designated areas for storage. There is outdoor parking 50m from the apartment.

Interaction with guests

My husband and I live nearby should you have any questions or problems during your stay. Normally we will check you in on your arrival day, hand over the keys, show you the apartment and answer any questions you have about Chamonix and your stay. It is possible for a self check in and you will receive the information for this a few days prior to your arrival.

Other things to note

The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the local bus stop and 10 minute walk to the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car. It is situated in a quiet residential area yet only a short walk to the centre where there are many lively bars and restaurants.The apartment also has fantastic views down the valley of the Brevent and Le Tour ski areas.

We were 3 friends going skiing. We spread across the two rooms and the foldable sofa bed in the living room, so each had a bit of privacy. The place is very quiet in the night, we slept very well and really enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated the present that awaited us on the table, it was perfect for our late arrival. The apartment was perfect for our needs, well appointed with all amenities you’d expect and a brilliant bathroom. Ample space for four adults with two spacious bedrooms and the option to use the sofa bed in the lounge if we wished. The kitchen area was perfect to cook in, the apartment was kept well heated 24/7, the internet was strong and quick and the TV was brilliant. From the apartment it is a 10 minute walk to the bus stop at Chamonix Sud but that’s more than manageable with skis and boots and well worth it because all the buses to the slopes start at that terminal. Katy was really easy to communicate with and promptly answered all questions we put to her. She was also very kind in assisting us with an early arrival and late departure with use of the garage. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Katy's apartment was a great choice in Chamonix. The apartment is well located, walkable distance to city center and close to bus stop leading to slopes. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. It was perfect for our ski vacation, as we wanted a place to have breakfast and relaxing after returning from slopes. Katy was very receptive, flexible and easy to communicate.
