Lovely two bed apartment, with newly renovated bathroom (June 17), private garage for storage of skis and outdoor equipment. There is outdoor parking 50m down the road. Situated in quiet residential area just 10 minute walk to the Aiguille du midi cable car and town centre.
The apartment is well laid out with two double bedrooms that open into the kitchen/living room. There is wardrobes and storage in both bedrooms.
The indoor garage is accessed by internal stairs and has space for storing outdoor equipment.
The guests will have full use of the apartment. The garage is a shared space and guests must only use the designated areas for storage. There is outdoor parking 50m from the apartment.
Interaction with guests
My husband and I live nearby should you have any questions or problems during your stay. Normally we will check you in on your arrival day, hand over the keys, show you the apartment and answer any questions you have about Chamonix and your stay. It is possible for a self check in and you will receive the information for this a few days prior to your arrival.
Other things to note
The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the local bus stop and 10 minute walk to the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car. It is situated in a quiet residential area yet only a short walk to the centre where there are many lively bars and restaurants.The apartment also has fantastic views down the valley of the Brevent and Le Tour ski areas.
The apartment is in a shared building with young families so guests are expected to respectful of noise levels in the evenings. Communal areas should be left tidy.
There is no smoking in the apartment.
