This listing of mine is the most unique and best located. It is truly in the Heart of Copenhagen with walking distance to every "districts" of Copenhagen with different city vibes.

Within 100m you'll find fantastic restaurants, scenary, shopping, grocery stores and the most visited train station and metro station connection you to everything and every where.

The room is quite and part of an old manor high class 5R apartment with high ceilings, with access to a big kitchen & bathroom as well.

The space
Since I'm not using one of the rooms I've decided to rent it out so another person can enjoy the spectacular and convenient location as well as the fantastic apartment that the guest access offer.

Perfect if you need and want to rent a room mid-long term with access to multiple rooms in the apartment (not mine rooms, but the shared ones - big kitchen with dining space, and big bathroom).

The price is included cleaning service every second week.

Guest access
Coming into the apartment you'll enter the hallway where you can have your shoes and coat. Besides your room, you'll have access to a big kitchen with everything needed for cooking, an extended room of the kitchen with space for dining to enjoy your meals, and you'll also have access to a big bathroom with heat in the floor.

Besides everything needed in the kitchen for cooking you'll also find a dishwasher, and a washing machine and dryer in the apartment as well.

The shared space of the hallway, kitchen, dining space and bathroom will often feel like you have on your own, since I'm using one of my rooms as my dining room and since I'm working 24/7 at my office 300m from my apartment.

2. The room is furnished with a bed, PAX closet, coffee table, chair, mirrow and a ceiling lamp.
