Once you arrive at the property you will have options for parking. The second driveway will take you up to the main parking area. Feel free to park yourself or additional vehicles on the lower driveway in front of the stored travel trailer area as well. There are steps from the bottom driveway that make direct access to the front deck and french doors easy.
Take a moment to embrace the views provided from the deck and rear entry area. Most days you will be greeted with views that extended beyond Volcan mountain and distant vistas. Being on a ridge in the mountains, the weather can change quickly though. Please be cautious of fog, wind, snow, and freezing temperatures on those appropriate days.
After entering the front french doors, you will be greeted with a spacious living room and kitchen area.
Through the grand barn doors, you will find the master bedroom. There are luggage racks and dressers provided for your convenience. Adjacent to the master bedroom you will find the secondary bedroom/workspace. Pull down the horizontal murphy bed to create a sleeping space, or keep it stored to enjoy the workspace. Take a moment in the evening to enjoy the stars through the telescope.
Walking out the rear slider you will be greeted with an all wood log table set. Please enjoy the space and the views. If the weather is on the windy side, make your way to the back side of the home. This side is generally protected from the wind. You will have full private access to the 6 person hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor seating semi-circle. Robes, spa towels, plastic cups, and roasting marshmallow sticks are all provided to enhance your outdoor experience.
Feel free to bring your own music and outdoor speakers. Be respectful, but set your best vibes! The hot tub has a built in cooler underneath the lid. Fill with your favorite beverages and ice for the best experience!
Inside the home you'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen. This includes some of our favorite spices, a coffee and tea bar with a Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, as well as a BBQ grill on the deck to enjoy all of your favorite meals. The inviting window above the sink makes for a luxurious dish washing experience.
The Julian retreat offers high speed Starlink internet and a desk for any work from home guests. Pack-and-play style crib available for little ones on request. We also reserve the right to grant access to the garage for an onsite clothes washer and dryer for longer term stay guests. Please message for more details.

You will have access to the entire property except for the garage. There is a travel trailer stored on property that is not occupied. Enjoy the 1/3rd acre property and all the amenities we have to offer!
