Our 1240 Square Foot Home features:
Three fully Furnished Bedrooms with linens and pillows, large closets and clothes hangers.
Two full Bathrooms: towels, toilet paper, tissues, soaps and shampoo, cotton swabs and cotton balls, as well as a hair dryer available to our guests. Each is a three piece bathroom, sink, toilet and shower/tub.
Our Fully Stocked Kitchen will suit all your cooking needs:
Commercial Stove and Cook Top, Microwave, Refrigerator, Espresso Machine, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Cook n' Carry Crock Pot, Asian Cuisine Utensils, Dishwasher, towels, dishwasher and dish soap and more.

When we say that Our Home is Your Home we mean just that. We only expect that you will treat Our Home with the same respect that you would treat Your Own Home.
In order to respect our neighbors, we ask our guests to quite down after 9 pm.
No smoking is allowed inside the house or garden shed, Should there be any smoker in you group, the provided receptacles for discarding cigarettes are to be used and smoking is allowed in the red cinders area ONLY. In times of County fire restriction, smoking will be prohibited except in your vehicle.
Driving is permitted on red cinders, any motorized vehicle is prohibited on the grass. This is in respect for the native grass growing on the property and for safety in times of drought.
Currently our County is under a Fire Restriction Mandate. This means that during this dry season we are experiencing, there can be No Open fires. Once the Ban is lifted the following rules concerning fires remain in effect:
Only provided 'duraflame' logs are to be burned in the wood burning stove inside the house.
All other burning must be done in the provided 'fire pit' ONLY. Do not leave any fire unattended and ensure that all fires are extinguished prior leaving or to retiring at night.
Absolutely No Fire Works of any kind are to be discharged any where on the property. This goes as well for the discharging of any firearm... both are prohibited and carry legal consequences.
The property is equipped with a septic tank therefore the following rules need to be adhered to:
Only use provided toilet paper into the toilets. Do not dispose of any sanitary items or facial tissues in the toilets.
Do not put or dispose of food in the kitchen drains.
The property is also equipped with a water holding tank as the source of water to the White Horse Acre is a local well. Though we will ensure that you have plenty of water for your stay, please be conservative.

Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
