The house is beautiful! Better than the pictures. The hosts were excellent. The location couldn't be more central. Everything is close. Noisy neighborhood and neighbors from the upper floor. I don't know if they stay there or it is Airbnb but we were unlucky to have them the days that we stayed. The house is clean and it has anything you might need, so does the neighborhood. Thanks again!

I stayed at Fabiolas apppartment togehter with a friend of mine and we had a really good time there. The appartment is really spacious, you can stay there comfortably in four. It's placed in the heart of Trastevere. In the street are a lot of resturants and directly next to it there is a nice bar, so in the evening you hear the people from outside talking (window closed). Nevertheless we slept really good every night, it was a kind of pleasent rumor. There is also a kitchen with the most necessary equipment. But if you're just a few days, you probably won't need the kitchen because of the huge offer of really good restaurants (e.g. Ivo a Trastevere). The coversation with the agency who manages the check-in/-out was also really easy and they we're felxible, we had some difficulties with our arrivial time. Moreover you have the possibility to leave your luggage at their office the day you check out. So all in all thumbs up for the appartment!

This apartment was in an ideal location with quick and easy access to shops, delicious restaurants, and bridges to cross the river and explore the rest of Rome. The home was spacious and fit four just perfectly. At night it did get noisy since it is right next to some popular bar spots and restaurants, however everything seemed to settle down by 2 am and if you plan to engage in the night life, it makes this spot even more ideal.

My sisters and I enjoyed staying in this apartment during our long weekend in Rome. Do be aware of how noisy it is. We thought coming from London were there is always noise in the street that we would be ok with earplugs but we struggled with the level of noise and getting a decent night's sleep. The bar stay open every day until 2ish in the morning than the have the bins and clearing away and then the bin men turn up and the day starts again. We did find that there was a problem with ants in the kitchen. I had left a couple of bowls in the skin overnight and when i arrived in the morning they were everywhere. I did tell the agency when we checked out and they said they would be dealing with it. Otherwise the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Filipo who met us when we arrived was welcoming and explained where everything was and the local amenities and attractions. They also organised a taxi from the airport for us and let us keep our luggage in their office until our flight on the last day. My only big issue was the noise level and would be the only reason I wouldn't stay there again.

Neighbourhood / Location: Trastevere is a great neighbourhood to stay in if you want to feel like you’re not in a big city, and in a town full of locals. It has a lot of character and it’s very picturesque. All the locals were very friendly to us, and I recommend you check out the church in the main square (it’s amazing). The main sites are walking distance from the place (15-20 min), and we really loved coming back to the apartment after a long day of sightseeing, and only having to walk a few seconds to eat amazing Italian food (there were so many nice local restaurants, bakeries, wineries and bars literally on our doorstep or one street away). One of my favourite places was literally the bar next to the apartment on the right. It is called “La Prosciuteria” which is a small little local place with friendly staff to drink wine and eat amazing cheese / ham. Also, check out Tonnarello which is a street away, (best place to eat pasta in Trastevere and buy a bottle of wine since they let you try a lot of the wines before you buy them). La Latteria, is another hidden but intimate local bar around the corner where you can drink great wine and hear soft live jazz. To eat cheap and great quality pizza head to “Forno Renella” which is two streets from the apartment. There’s a Coop supermarket about an 8 minute walk away (over the bridge) which is useful to know. Apartment: The apartment was better than we expected. It was well equipped with cutlery, pans, pots, glasses and plates, hairdryer, iron, hand soap, hotel style towels, and most of the things you expect. It is on the first floor, so only a few flight of stairs, and the main room faces the street. The bed was huge and super comfy. We were already expecting noise till late from the bars down the street based on the other reviews so I came prepared with earplugs (I’m a light sleeper and I slept fine), but you can buy them from any pharmacy if you forget to bring them. Be aware that the noise problem is very common in most apartments and hotels in Rome though since almost all of their windows don’t have double glazing and the floors between apartments are usually very thin, so you can hear what your neighbours are doing all of the time. If you’re going to visit Rome you should already be aware of that (it’s a noisy city). Check in: Fabiola was very flexible and let us check in early which was lovely since we were coming on a really early flight and had barely slept the night before. The guy that checked us in was also very helpful and gave us a map with great places to see, eat, etc (which we really appreciated). In conclusion: Very happy with our stay, just remember to bring earplugs if you’re a light...

Awesome location. Tons of great restraunts nearby, and all of the landmarks are in walking distance. Apartment was cozy, full and spacious. Had everything we could have asked for.
