Your home away from home: The fully furnished, cosy & clean room is part of a 95m² apartment in Friedrichshain, Berlin. Public transportation (tram, subway) supermarkets, bars, restaurants & cafes are within a 3 minute walking distance.
The space
While my roomate is on vacation, I'm renting out his fully furnished and cosy room (includes a double bed, big desk and clothes rail).
The apartment also comes with a spacious living room including a large couch, TV and dining table, which you are welcome to use as well.
Depending on the time of your stay, this room can also be used to accommodate additional people (max. 4 = total of 6).
The tram station (M5, M6, M8, M10) and subway station are right outside the apartment building, so it is easy to navigate through the city using public transportation. However, free parking is also available.
Interaction with guests
Since I live here as well, we'll be sharing all communal spaces such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony. I'm happy to give you recommendations on what to see, do or eat.
I am pretty easy going and open minded, but I'd ask you to only smoke outside (balcony) - be considerate and clean up after yourself. Also, since I'm allergic to animal hair, I can't accept pets either.
