Welcome to this spacious, two-storey home situated in the cosy coastal haven of Lemon Tree Passage, on the Tilligerry Peninsular - Port Stephens.

The Tilligerry Peninsula is tucked away on the western side of Port Stephens and is home to the quaint villages of historic Tanilba Bay, and the site of the first settlement at Lemon Tree Passage.

An easy 35min drive from Nelson Bay or 2.5hrs north from Sydney, leave behind the hustle and bustle and enjoy what this coastal village has on offer.

Lemon Tree Passage is a hidden gem in beautiful Port Stephens. The town has close proximity to a range of activities, including beaches, surfing, dolphin / whale watching, koala sanctuary, snorkelling, and nature hikes.

For lighting the stove, please use the lighters provided.

Guests need to supply their own charcoal for the BBQ and are expected to clean it post-use. BBQ starters for first use is available. Other BBQ utensils and accessories are in the kitchenette pantry on first floor. The BBQ can be used best, if it is pushed to near the shed and outside the covered area. The BBQ must be left in clean condition otherwise a cleaning fee of $100 will be applied.

Pets are welcome at our property. If you have your pet with you, it is expected that a few simple rules are followed: • Notify us of pets in writing prior to the stay • Any mess, including outdoors, must be wrapped, and placed in outside bins • Pet bedding must be supplied by guest • Please restrict your pet to the hard floor areas and do not allow it onto furniture or into bedrooms • You agree to pay for any damage, or extra cleaning required resulting from the pet having stayed.

My partner (Payam) and I met while we were studying Masters in Australia. He is a Civil Engineer and I am a Business Analyst. We live on the North shore of Sydney, in one of the nicest and coziest neighborhoods. We are always looking and planning for new adventures; camping, road trips, traveling, etc. One of our favorite times during the day is hanging out in the evening after we come back from the gym, chatting about our life. We are both fan of movies, TV series and sports and follow them closely. We both have a passion for food and trying new cuisines, which mostly happens on the weekends.
