Adorned with all the character and charm of yesteryear, this home offers contemporary, smart open plan living interlaced with many period features.
The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 large bedrooms; two of which contain comfortable queen size beds with the third bedroom offering a single and double bed bunk. Off the master bedroom is a walk in wardrobe and a bathroom en-suite. The other two rooms are provided with of plenty built in wardrobe space.
Living areas – indoor/outdoor
The house has been modernised to incorporate open space layout with the new central kitchen providing the focus between living and dining areas.
The intimate front lounge can be closed off from the open plan area if desired and houses the main LCD TV, hi fi and home theatre system.
The extensive alfresco decked area overlooks the rear garden. This covered deck incorporates a large outdoor dining setting, barbeque and a luxury heated 6 person spa enclosed by a gated glass balustrade.
Kitchen, Utility and Bathroom
The impressive kitchen is fully equipped and boasts many extra appliances not normally supplied including 5 ring 900 wide gas upright cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine et al. Heaps of stone work surfaces are provided to indulge for culinary creativity cheered on by those sitting at the breakfast bar around the island bench.
The laundry utilities including washer/dryer and sink are located adjacent to the kitchen in a self-contained Euro styled cupboard.
The en-suite incorporates large shower basin and toilet, while the central bathroom offers separate shower and bath facilities. A separate toilet is located opposite the laundry.
There is also an outside shower adjacent to the spa so you can wash away the days salt and sand.
Guests have full access to the cottage, gardens, alfresco decking and carport. No access is permitted to the garage and garden shed.

Ocean Grove is located on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula approximately 1 1/2 hours south west of Melbourne and 25 mins from Geelong.

Bus to Geelong can be caught from Market Place shopping centre.
Noise and Residential amenity
a)Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neigh-bouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy;
b)Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property.
c)Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community.
Gatherings or functions
a)The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and
b)Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements.
Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Always lock the back sliding door from the inside and leave by the front door.
The spa must not be used between the hours of 9.00pm and 9.00am.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
No Pets are permitted at the property.
The BBQ is tethered by a wire to the corner. Do not move BBQ from its position. Please ensure BBQ is turned off after cooking. It would be appreciated if you scape clean BBQ PLATE before you leave.
Damages and breakages
Damages and breakages must be reported to the Owner.
