The entire apartment is air-conditioned from Living Hall to 2 individual bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is complete with Private Bath, Wardrobe, Queen Size Bed & Twin Size Floor Mattress (Can accommodate 4 People) while Second Bedroom is fitted with 3 Single Size Floor Mattress (Can accommodate 3 People).

A surcharge of RM20 is applicable for any Check-In-Out between 8PM - 8AM
Remark: Host/Reps will meet & greet guests on arrival at Lobby. Thereafter will fill-up a Simple Forms, Collection of Security Deposits & Hand Over of key & access card
* SECURITY DEPOSIT 'CASH' term of RM250 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Fifty) upon Check in
Guests to hand over key with access card. Thereafter host will conduct a quick inspection and to refund back Security Deposits.
Other things to note
(1) The Facility Floor is located at Level 3. Kindly bring along your Security Access Card at ALL TIME. Lift is controlled strictly by Security Access Card. Without it, you can only get to Lobby, Car park or Facilities Floor Only.
(2) There is 24 hours Mamak Restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance. Just walk around the surrounding neighbourhood to enjoy varies choices of Local Foods.

This is a private home so please take care of it like it's your own!
You are required to sign a Short-Term-Lease-Letter at check-in stating you shall not conduct any illegal activities in the apartment and shall not be grossly negligent to my furniture & fittings - I hope you understand.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:RM250 collected upon check in, and refundable in full upon check out with good conditions. This is for the Damage Liability & Security Access Card (This card is needed to access to your Private Unit, Power Activation, and Lift Access to Cafeteria & Roof Top Facilities).
CLEANING FEES: Kindly ensure the unit is clean & tidy. To deduct RM50 from Security Deposit if cleanliness of the unit is unacceptable upon check out.
EARLY CHECK IN: Advance Notice is needed & Subject to availability (Early check-in is allowed but will subject to a fee of RM25).
LATE CHECK OUT: Advance Notice is needed & Subject to availability (Any Late check-out Beyond Reasonable Time, will subject to a fee of RM25 PER HOUR).
SIMPLE RULES TO OBEY:
1) Strictly NO Pet, any Illegal Activity, Drugs or any Dangerous Weapon in the house
2) Please Switch-Off the Electricity whenever you are out (GO GREEN)
3) Please DON'T wear any outdoor shoes/slippers while in the house)
4) Strictly NO Smoking or Vaping inside the house
5) NO Durians or Strong Smelling Food allow
6) Please throw your rubbish in the rubbish bin provided, DO NOT LITTER everywhere
7) Kitchen only for Light Cooking & do clean up to avoid pests
8) Please finish all your leftover food in the refrigerator
9) Strictly NO Party after 10pm. Do not make noise (respect the neighbors)
10) Please DON'T get drunk in the apartment or public area & act beyond a reasonable
11) Please be informed that No visitor are allowed to stay overnight
***We do not accept Liability on any personal injuries, accidents, damages or losses to Guests' personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the apartment area. However, we will provide any necessary assistant if it's required.

Reading, movies, music, food & travelling all are my favourite. I like travelling the most as I believed travelling can expose me to the real world which is unknown to me. I prefer Free & Easy style of travelling which I believe I can learn more about the place.
