Look no further. This is your Mallorcan ideal holiday villa. We know there are countless luxury properties on the beautiful island of Mallorca, but this 5 bedroom front line villa meets all the requested points to spend a marvelous holiday on the beach

The space
You can swim directly from the rocks into the sea or take a short walk along the shore to one of Mal Pas' two sandy beaches. Nearby is the picturesque Bonaire Marina, where you'll find several restaurants, bars, a mini-mart and a diving school.

Alcudia, which is only a short drive away, has several large supermarkets, butchers' shops, bakeries, banks and twice-weekly markets. The seaside resorts of Port Alcudia and Port Pollensa are 10 minutes away by car. Villa Seablue has seafront views of Pollensa Bay, the lighthouse and the iconic Formentor hotel.

There are three levels of outdoor terraces. The lower floor is covered with grass and has a good play area for children. The central terrace features an infinity pool, a shaded dining area and sun loungers. Upstairs is the perfect rooftop to watch the sun go down with an outdoor barbecue area. Inside, the property has an elegant and sophisticated decor with an open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows accessing the pool terrace and sea views.

- If you want to access the sea directly from the property, we recommend you to use swim shoes as it is a rocky coastline. If you prefer sandy beaches, There is one just a few minutes walk away.

Right in front of the villa you can swim from the rocks in the sea below the garden or walk a couple of minutes along the shoreline to one of either of Mal Pas's two sandy beaches. Close by is the picturesque Marina of Bonaire where you will find a handful of restaurants, bars, a small supermarket and dive school. The ancient walled town of Alcudia is a very short drive away. The town has several large supermarkets, restaurants, banks and a twice weekly street market. Not to mention the famous Roman ruins of Pollentia. The beach resorts of Port d'Alcudia and Port Pollensa can be reached within a ten minute drive.
