The apartment runs on two levels: on the lower living level there is the living room with integrated kitchenette, the guest toilet and the approx. 14 m² east-facing balcony. The space
Afternoon, because the sun shines here for so long. On the upper floor of the apartment are the two bedrooms as well as the bathroom.
Living and cooking
In the living room, there is a lot of natural light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. A separate dining area and sitting area give plenty of opportunities to relax in a sociable setting. The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped with high-quality branded appliances and gives a very special atmosphere through the counter.
Bedroom
In the larger bedroom there is a double bed (2.00 m x 1.60 m) with high quality mattresses as well as a spacious wardrobe for the holiday wardrobe. Larger people are excited about the lack of limit at the foot end. The second bedroom has two single beds (2.00 m x 0.80 m each) and also a wardrobe. The rooms can be obscured by blinds.
Bathroom
On both floors of the apartment you will find a bathroom: on the lower living level the separate guest toilet, on the upper floor of the apartment the larger bathroom. This has a lovely low entry shower as well as a towel rack with heating.
Special features
For holiday laundry, the communal washing machine can be used for a fee. Particularly convenient: from the underground car park, an elevator leads directly to the apartment level of the apartment. From 2018, Wi-Fi is free to use.
Our tips
popular destination for our guests is the Aquadrom, a beautiful leisure pool with various water and sauna worlds as well as its own wellness area. The apartment is also ideal as a starting point for cycling tours, e.g. to the neighboring Ahrenshoop on the Darß or to the hunting lodge in the Rostock heath.
The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, walking distance to the beach. The famous Rhododendron Park with its unique plant diversity is just a few steps away on foot (about 100 meters). The town center with its numerous shops and restaurants is in the immediate vicinity.
