This is a 3 Bedroom 2 full Bathroom Fully equipped Condominium, the maximum occupancy is 8 people, there is a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in 1 guest room and 2 twin beds in another guest room. Each bedroom is equipped with a LED television with cable access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, range with oven and full size refrigerator. This unit has been fully renovated in 2016. This is a ground floor unit.
You have access to the complex pool (heated), hot tub, sauna, gym and recreation room. There is a snack machine in the recreation room.
Other things to note
My Home is a NON-SMOKING HOME, meaning NO CIGARETTE SMOKING, NO CIGAR SMOKING and NO E-CIGARETTE or VAPING SMOKING. INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR OF MY HOME. IF IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED BY MAINTENANCE THAT SMOKING DID OCCUR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NON-REFUNDABLE $450. CLEANING AND DEODORIZING FEE. THIS IS NOT PENALTY CHARGED BY ME BUT THE ACTUAL COST THE MAINTENANCE COMPANY CHARGES ME.
- Checkout is 10:00 A.M. Sharp - Guests checking out may request a later checkout time, I may be able to accommodate a later check out if there are no guest arrivals that day, you have to understand in order to have my home cleaned properly a sufficient amount of time needs to be given to the maintenance company. You MUST discuss with me if you require a late check out. If you decide to stay past 10:30 A.M. without my approval you will be charged a $50.00 fee for every 1/2 hour you stay past 10:30 A.M..

- No pets (Except Service Animals)
- NO SMOKING - if it has been determined by the maintenance company that smoking occurred in my home, either cigarette, pipe, cigar, or e-cigarette or vaping. There is an additional charge of $450.00 for cleaning and deodorizing my home.
- If an additional clean is requested during your stay the charge is $85 per clean.
- All trash must be removed and deposited in dumpster, $25.00 charge for any garbage left inside my home.
- Bedding must be removed and placed in laundry area, any bedding that you use and are not placed in the laundry area upon departure will incur a $25.00 charge.
- Used towels must be placed in the laundry area, any used/dirty towels not placed in the laundry area will incur a $25.00 charge.
- Dirty dishes/glassware must be either washed or placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. I provide dish washer detergent and hand dish soap. Any dishes/glassware left on tables or in the sink will incur a $25.00 charge.
- NO PARTY or large gathering, Florida Law Prohibits more than 8 overnight guests in my home. If it has been determined that there was a large party or gathering, this will result in additional fee of $1,000.
- No sub-letting (re-renting or sub-leasing) rooms or beds of any kind.
I have had very few rules in the past, unfortunately prior guests have forced me to have the above rules. This is not a hotel/motel room, this is my home and would like my guests to treat my home as if it were their own. Thank you
