SHARED LISTING- Open the curtains and watch the sun rise and hear the waves rolling in while you put the kettle on! Beautiful open plan unit No roads to cross !! Walkway to beach, at your back door.
Unit is shared space with myself and my beautiful 13 year old Staffy Chilli. You have a private room, air con, queen size bed, own bathroom, private patio and shared laundry.
10 min walk to Kawana Shoppingworld, Cinema and many eateries. A short 10 min stroll along the beach to Kawana Surf Club.

The space
Enjoy your own private room with cupboard space and shelving. A sliding door off your bedroom leads to your own private patio with table and 2 chairs. Walking down the hallway to the back courtyard and beach at your back door! Unit is open plan with sliding doors across 98% of the back entrance allowing ample light and sounds of the waves to hum through the doors to the kitchen and living areas.

Guest access
The unit is ground floor, with access at the front and rear of the unit. There are a few steps to access the grounds of the complex. Keys provided allow access to main front door of complex, unit front door and sliding door at rear. Free parking on the street and entry to Complex.

Other things to note
Due to close proximity to the ocean and salt air, my Electrician has checked all points and switchboard. All compliant and safe.
