Lovehayne Farm is hidden away from the road in its own private valley, with exclusive access to 100 acres of guided woodland walks, streams a playground, tennis court, forest school and woodland adventure play space!

Nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it's just 3 miles from the jurassic coast.

Ideal for families and friends seeking freedom to enjoy a safe space, the wonders of nature and endless activities and adventures nearby.

The space
Groom Cottage was originally a working stone barn and is now a newly refurbished farm cottage with high speed internet and it’s own hidden courtyard area.

Ground Floor
- Large boot room with bench, hangers and dresser

- Sitting room with wood-burning stove, sofas, chairs and Internet connected TV

- Open plan kitchen and dining room with large solid oak table and chairs (including high chair). Lazy boy leather recliner and sofa

- Kitchen with bar and stools, oven and convection hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, drinks fridge, toaster and fitted units, fully equipped for catering for 6-8 people

Upstairs
- Bedroom 1 (White room) - double aspect room with king size bed, dressing table, bag stand, wardrobe and hangers

- Bedroom 2 (The snug) – double bed with view onto woodland, dressing table and wardrobe on landing

- Bedroom 3 (Bamboo) - king size bed, dressing table, bag stand, wardrobe and hangers

- Bedroom 4 (Ensuite) - king size bed, dressing table, bag stand, wardrobe and hangers. Includes ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

- Bathroom 1 - Shower, bath, toilet and sink

Outside
- Private parking for x2 cars
- Private courtyard, decked garden with pergola, table, chairs, barbecue and festoon lighting surrounded by trees

There's a tennis court with basketball net and rackets, balls etc provided.

You can also explore 100 acres of guided woodland walks, including a playground, adventure glade play space and forest school!

For the eco conscious we generate our own energy from solar which runs the heating and electrics on the farm.
