Welcome to our bright and comfy 3-bedroom, 1- bathroom home, perfectly located on the third floor( no elevator access)10 minutes from downtown Ponce and 2 min from the beach& just minutes from shopping, dining, and local attractions.
You'll stay cool with ductless air conditioning in every bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room to keep the breeze flowing. Relax with WiFi, two Roku TVs and a DVD player, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Our home is spacious and comfortable! If we love our home, you will too! For your comfort, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed to keep the cool air in and the bugs out.
