Please be aware before booking I have a very friendly cat (his name is Duke and he is a pedigree Ragdoll cat, he is a house cat) - he is very vocal and can be noisy especially in the morning...

The Space: You'll have shared bathroom and kitchen access. The bedroom is private and the door has a lock. The kitchen and bathroom are fully fitted. Your room has a king sized bed, a hanging rail and lots of space.

The space
My flat is part of an 1880s tenement building, its a typical Edinburgh flat, warm and cosy. Please note my flat is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. I also have a cat so please dont book unless you love cats.

Guest access
Access to the shared kitchen and bathroom. I live in the flat with my cat Duke. There are cat things in the flat. I also work from home so can be around during the day sometimes. We also have access to a communal garden at the back of the flat when the weather is nice it is lovely to sit there, we have tables and chairs available to sit and enjoy the summer sunshine.

During your stay
I am out and about quite a bit but happy to chat and give any tips when I am around and equally happy if you prefer to do your own thing. I'll always be contactable via mobile for any eventualities. Duke is always available for tummy rubs (the cat!)

Other things to note
My house cat (Duke) can be noisy and playful first thing in the morning and at night. Just a little warning.
