Quirky space with wonderful, communicative hosts. My BoardGame group found the space to be ideal for our gathering. The space is very unique, with surprises and smiles around every turn. The kitchen is excellent. And we were very pleased that our funds went to support a nonprofit. A little drafty here and there and some corners of the house are in need of prepare, but nothing that affected our stay too much. All in all, a good spot for a low-maintenance group.

This truly was an outdoor getaway from the city. Our experience was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Heather and Erik made planning my first airbnb experience a breeze and even left us delicious locally made butter tarts! Jeremy (and his puppy Kunik) were very friendly and at a property near by. He provided us with local knowledge and made our stay that much more memorable. The massive farmhouse had plenty of space and comfortable, clean rooms for our large group. We are so happy to have stayed at Kimbercote and to have met our hosts. We've already decided that this is our new annual tradition. On top of that, it's helping a charity with a great cause!

my group and I of 13 had spent a weekend here! it was great! Erik was there to meet us upon arrival and later on met Jeremy and his dog kunik! Upon arrival we received a box of tarts from their local bakery which was so good! we did have a medium size husky with us who played with kunik all weekend! overall the house was great, it had lots of room! and the outside was very nice and it had a nice view! I would totally recommend this place if you are looking to get away from the city and have some peace and quiet with some friends and family.

We were a large group who stayed at Kimbercote for a reunion. There was a ton of space, the surrounding area was beautiful and the amenities were perfect. Beautiful fire pit as well. The hosts provided a great blend of support and privacy. Not a single bad thing to say about Kimbercote. Enjoy!

Erik met us exactly when he said he would ! He left some delicious butter tarts for us to enjoy as well. The house was just as the pictures showed. He gave us a tour of the place when he met with us and told us about some good spots to go visit during our stay.
