One of three large houses, this stunning converted chapel offers luxurious interiors as well as fantastic use of space. Located in the middle of Newquay, you can access the town's array of amenities including independent eateries and bars, a cinema, boutique shops and much more. Newquay is known as a surfer’s paradise with several fantastic beaches to enjoy, all with gorgeous sands, so a day by the sea is a must.

The space
Of course, being centrally to the town and only 5 minutes walk from Towan Beach and less than a mile to Fistral Beach, you'll be spoilt for a day out by sea. For those who want to explore the county's beautiful scenery, there's an abundance of walks to enjoy around Newquay or further afield to Crantock which is only 4 miles away. You are ideally placed to explore lots of the other popular coastal destinations and attractions including Watergate Bay, which is also just over 4 miles away. Additionally, the Eden project as well as a plethora of National Trust properties and gardens are all within 20 miles of the property.

Access via your own private entrance. The ground floor offers three spacious bedrooms, – two are super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms, which can be made up as twin upon request. The third has a king-size bed, and all three bedrooms have Smart TV’s. On this floor, you will find a separate bathroom with shower over bath, WC and bespoke river rock stone sink. There is also a separate large shower room with a 1.6 metre wide shower enclosure, WC and bespoke onyx basin. Both rooms are lavishly decorated and each benefits from a Bluetooth mirror for you to enjoy your favourite tunes, whether chilling in the bath or taking an invigorating shower. Moving up to the next floor via a spacious stairway with triple height ceiling and bespoke chandelier, you will be delighted by the large arch shaped chapel windows and ornate circular window feature. You can enter into the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you are immediately blown away by this amazing space with 5 metre high ceilings and twin chandeliers. The beautiful kitchen offers high end appliances and is fully equipped for any dinner party or gathering around the large custom-made dining table and chairs. The lounge area offers plush interior design and sumptuous sofas for all the family, as well as a large Smart TV allowing you to kick back and relax whilst watching all your favourite programmes and films. For your convenience, there is also separate opulent WC on this floor, as well as a fourth bedroom with king-size bed and lavishly extravagant 3-metre-high arched headboard and Smart TV.

This amazing property has one more bonus up its sleeve, accessed via one of the downstairs bedrooms is a large enclosed outdoor space for your own use and enjoyment, but just to make it extra special you also have a secluded corner raised decking, outdoor seating and a private 7 seater hot tub for you to catch up with friends and family after a long day. This is definitely the cherry on a very big cake!
