Welcome to our Lake Haus, a brand new 3BR home, ideal for family fun! Stylish, high-end furniture and accessories ensures luxury and a comfortable stay. Master: king bed, 65" TV. 2nd BR: queen bed. 3rd BR: full bunks + twin trundle. Living room: 75" TV. Large deck with Griddle, hot tub, fire pit. Fenced area for privacy as well as secured RV/Boat parking behind locking gate. Look for the tallest American Flag in the neighborhood and you will know you have arrived where you are supposed to be!

The space
This home is monitored by audio and video at the front and rear by a ring doorbell and ring floodlight camera. These cameras are used for the security of our home and our guests. They allow us to communicate with our guests, visitors and deliveries. We will also use the camera and audio devices to monitor the rules of the home. The front will capture most of the front yard and the parking area while the rear captures the deck, hot tub and fire-it area.

Other things to note
Please remember that we have audio and video cameras OUTSIDE the home. Please remember that there is no life guard on duty and use the hot tub at your own risk. NEVER let children use the hot tub unattended and do not leave children unattended outside within the hot tub area, as there is no child gate. Please make sure that you cover the hot tub when you are not using it and secure the lid with all 4 security straps. Please use any of the games and amenities that we have left for an enjoyable stay!
