The space
PLACE POLICIES
- Each person in addition to those registered in the reservation must pay an extra value of $10 dollars so that they do not go to sleep.
-In case of damaging something report it and the value of the damage must be covered.
-The keys assigned are your responsibility, if you lose them you will have to pay a penalty of $10 dollars.
-If you use areas such as the kitchen, living room or dining room everything should be left clean and in order.

- They cannot enter the communal areas of the apartment people who are not staying, the areas are exclusively for the guests.
- Parties are not allowed inside the apartment.

-The CONSUMPTION OF DRUGS IS TOTALLY PROHIBITED, if you do so, the police will be called immediately.
Other things to note
Note: It is mandatory for all guests who book, to comply with the requirement by the building administration to complete an external link with personal data with the purpose of sending this documentation to the building management and authorizing entry to it. For building policies and security, under no circumstances will people or companions who have not completed the respective registration will be permitted under any circumstances. If you are unwilling to provide this information, please do not book at the listing as there is no refund for cancellation.
