The space

The outdoor area counts with a shared 18m x 11m chlorine pool, with a depth of 1-2m, a children's pool, tenis court, sauna, gym and barbeque, as well as a private, well-furnished terrace.

This 80m2 apartment is situated on the 6th floor (with elevator) and counts with 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, 1 with 2 individual beds and 1 with an individual bed and a nest bed underneath. On request, there is a baby bad and a highchair available. There is another bathroom (for general use) with a shower. The whole apartment counts with air conditioning.

The cozy living- and dining room counts with a sofa, a TV and a dining table. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The neighbourhood

Every season is perfect to visit Playa de Gandia, thanks to it's great location and it's magnificent weather, all year around. The beaches of Playa de Gandia count with 7km of fine white sand, for long walks and swimming in it's christaline water: enjoy the variety of restaurants and entertainment on the beach of Playa del Nord, search for peace and quiet on the relatively quiet and unspoiled beach of Platja d'Ahuir which counts with a special area for pets ("Platja Can"), enjoy the nudist area of Platja Nudista or take a rest on the beach of Rafalcaid.

Nature lovers will surely enjoy a day of picknicking near the spring of Ullal L'Estany, and watching the ducks. Its fresh water emerges from the ground near the Alqueria del Duc, in the nearby mountains.

If there is still some time left to visit some more of Valencia, you might want to visit the Art Museum or the amusement park Terra Mítica in Benidorm.
