Spanning three floors, the villa includes a functional lower level, ground floor living spaces, and upper-floor sleeping quarters. The five bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms, include a versatile lower-floor suite with two double beds, comfortably accommodating four guests. An additional bed is available in one of the top-floor rooms. The open-plan living and dining areas offer a seamless connection to the glorious outdoors.

The impressive swimming pool features a deep swimming area and a separate, 20m² shallow section, ideal for children. Crucially, the entire pool can be heated for perfect comfort regardless of the season. The pool terrace is serviced by a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a fridge and BBQ, alongside a shaded outdoor lounge area. A table tennis table provides extra entertainment.
