Aux Quatre Vents Guest House is a space where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the days of sunshine that the South of France has in abundance. A place to get away from the hurly burly of the modern world.

If you share a PASSION for food and wine, Marseillan is a veritable paradise - a village surrounded by vineyards and lapped by the waters of the Étang de Thau brimming with oysters and mussels, with a market every Tuesday offering delicious meats, fruits, olives etc.

The space
We have two bedrooms available to relax in whilst we continue to renovate the house at a suitable pace for the South of France! With our large, secluded back garden, clothing is optional.

Where you’ll be

Marseillan, Languedoc-Roussillon, France

Marseillan Ville sits on a large lagoon, the Étang de Thau, and is the southern entrepôt for the Canal du Midi.

There are various cafes and restaurants located in the town (especially down by the port area) where you can while away the hours with good food, wine and enjoy plenty of people watching.

Marseillan Plage is a purpose-built holiday resort on the Mediterranean Sea, some 3 km (1.9 mi) from Marseillan Ville (approximately 15 minutes by car/taxi).

The house is located very close to the les Étangs du Bagnas, a nature reserve, so there is plenty of areas to walk around to see nature doing its thing.

I met my soulmate, Dr. Phill Edwards, in November 2001, we moved in together in February 2002 and married in August 2006. We have travelled to over 40 countries meeting incredible people along the way and generating fabulous memories together. Now living in the South of France, the chance to relax, unwind and enjoy life has been a total change from the hurly burly of London. Our interests include travel, cooking, meeting people and enjoying a good laugh - diversity is the spice of life!
