Great location

Aux Quatre Vents Guest House is a space where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the days of sunshine that the South of France has in abundance. A place to get away from the hurly burly of the modern world.

If you share a PASSION for food and wine, Marseillan is a veritable paradise - a village surrounded by vineyards and lapped by the waters of the Étang de Thau brimming with oysters and mussels, with a market every Tuesday offering delicious meats, fruits, olives etc.

The space
We have two bedrooms available to relax in whilst we continue to renovate the house at a suitable pace for the South of France! With our large, secluded back garden, clothing is optional.

Guest access
You will have full use of the bedroom, bathroom, the covered patio area, as well as the outside areas around the house.

Other things to note
We are approximately 30 minutes from Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport and 15 minutes from our local TGV/TER train station, Gare d'Agde by car/taxi.

We are ideally located to get to the various local towns that are dotted around the area and the historic town of Montpellier is approximately one hour away by car or 30 minutes by TGV/RER from Gare d'Agde.

Between the months of May-October a local bus service is available, with the nearest bus stop only a 10-minute walk from the property. We can provide you with a bus ticket to use.

It always pays to bring with you something warm to wear if the weather changes and most importantly, an umbrella - because when it rains here, it buckets down!

A continental breakfast is offered, along with filtered drinking water, a guest fridge for your use, and, if you wish to join us for an evening meal, the drinks are included.

Laptops are available for use on the premises, with free high-speed Wi-Fi and printing facilities.

The cleaning fee is included in the total rate per night.

Location

Marseillan, Languedoc-Roussillon, France

Marseillan Ville sits on a large lagoon, the Étang de Thau, and is the southern entrepôt for the Canal du Midi.

There are various cafes and restaurants located in the town (especially down by the port area) where you can while away the hours with good food, wine and enjoy plenty of people watching.

Marseillan Plage is a purpose-built holiday resort on the Mediterranean Sea, some 3 km (1.9 mi) from Marseillan Ville (approximately 15 minutes by car/taxi).

The house is located very close to the les Étangs du Bagnas, a nature reserve, so there is plenty of areas to walk around to see nature doing its thing.
