Indulge in the charm of Anastasia's townhouse near the historic Tombs of the Kings in Paphos. Nestled less than 5 minutes walk from the sea and the supermarket Lidl, this cozy retreat offers the ideal holiday place for you. For those travelling without a car, the bus station to Paphos Harbour or to Coral Bay is conveniently located just outside Lidl. Explore nearby attractions or unwind on the sunny terrace - your perfect escape awaits in this serene setting.

The space
The pool of the complex is across the street in another block of the complex, just 50 meters away.

As you approach the property, you are welcomed by a small patio outside where the BBQ is located.

Once inside the townhouse, the kitchen is on the left and guest bathroom on the right. Further ahead is the staircase going up, then the dining area and then living room, followed by our very cosy patio. In the living room, you will find a desk you can use for your work.

Going upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms along with full bathroom and a balcony with the best Sea Views!

All the areas are airconditioned with strong wifi signal.

Please note that in order to access the pool, guests are required to wear a wrist band. You will find these wrist bands inside the apartment. Please make sure you do not lose or damage them, as you may be asked for a compensation fee.

Guest access
The entire property is available to the guests.

The property uses an energy-saving system. Electricity is activated using the card attached to your keys. Please keep the card inserted in the slot near the entrance of the property.

The refrigerator is always on.

In the lockbox, you will find 1 key for the property along with the electricity card. You can always leave the keys in the lockbox in case your party splits, so whoever comes first will always have access to the property. If you need a second key, you can request it for an extra charge of 15 euro per day.

Situated conveniently next to the Tombs of the Kings Avenue road, you'll have easy access to everything you need during your stay in Paphos.

One of the best features of our apartment is its location near bus stations on both sides of the road. From here, you can take a short bus ride to the bustling Paphos Harbour, a popular tourist destination where you can enjoy the scenic Mediterranean views, fresh seafood, and shopping. On the other side of the road, you'll find Coral Bay, another popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters.

When you're not out exploring, you'll find plenty of amenities nearby. The supermarket Lidl is right next to the complex, making it easy to stock up on groceries and other essentials. If you're looking for a bite to eat, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, offering a variety of local and international cuisine.
