Enjoy a stylish centrally-located serene suite just minutes away from historic Grapevine, Southlake Town Square, and DFW Airport. This beautiful fully renovated and completely suite was completed in 2024. You deserve to be comfortable in this well thought out Airbnb with ample amenities.

The space
Beautiful and private upstairs bedroom, bathroom, and large closet. Private bedroom includes a fireplace, tv, workspace, iron, and refrigerator. Your private bathroom has Italian cream colored tile and stone tile, heated and back/front lit bathroom mirror, beautiful full sized rainfall tiled shower.

Home is located in a very safe & beautiful , serene, quiet neighborhood with many very large trees, walking distance to the lake, easy access to fun historic downtown Grapevine, just minutes to DFW, and centrally located in the Dallas Ft Worth metroplex.

Also enjoy other dedicated spaces and amenities: a beautiful new kitchenette with full size sink, disposal, dining table and chairs, plates, cups, utensils, and dedicated cabinetry.

The entire space has been beautifully remodeled in 2024 containing hardwood flooring.

You are welcome to share in the laundry room, outdoor home amenities; new hot tub, bbq, and new outdoor furniture.

Host has a large albeit friendly Great Dane dog resembling Scooby Doo in looks and personality. 😀🐕. Dog is blocked from upstairs access.

You deserve this good style and comfort.
