Welcome to our Parkline Apartment 6. You will enjoy staying in our freshly appointed apartment, as it is not just a room but your private apartment, a great space to relax place or work, with FREE WIFI & NETFLIX.

We aim to provide you with a home away from home. If during your stay, you feel you need to contact us, please do not hesitate to do so.

APARTMENT FEATURES
This spacious ground floor apartment is in a small quiet block of 18 apartments with a private entrance, clean, quiet and pleasant environment. It is fully furnished and fully functional.
It has two bedrooms with spacious windows and good natural lighting: the main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed whilst the second bedroom has a double bed. Each bed sleeps 2 persons comfortably. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and air-conditioning with nice simulated beech wood timber flooring.
The lounge /dining area, main bedroom and second bedroom is fitted with individual air conditioning units. Controls is via the wall mounted unit.

KITCHEN FEATURES
The open kitchen has a large twin door fridge, oven, stove and microwave. Cutlery and crockery is supplied along with free tea and coffee making facility (free tea and coffee). The round dining table with four dining chairs makes dining here a cosy experience.
WARNING: Do not place foil or metallic objects in the microwave.

White colour leathers sofa and flat screen TV is in the lounge area. Living and kitchen area has beautiful large porcelain floor tiles.

Private bathroom: with private toilet and shower, vanity. There is washing machine/dryer and hair dryer with large mirrors.
LAUNDRY APPLIANCE -WASHING MACHINE
1. Sort your wash and ensure pockets are checked for any items such as coins. Coins damage the bowl, block the pump seriously.
2 Open the front door and carefully load the machine. Don't overload the machine. Lock the door.
3. Pull out the detergent dispenser - use the liquid detergent provided. A maximum of ONE CAP will be plenty for a full load.
4 Select the desired program and then press the start button.
5. Once it is complete, remove the wishing and close the front door.
6 There is a space at the rear of the apartment to sun dry the cloths. Pegs are also provided.
7. Electric iron and an ironing board available in the apartment.

Super fast fiber optic Broadband WiFi connection is provided free to all guests staying at the apartment.

Breakfast is available nearby from several nearby cafes.

Car Parking- Reserved car parking is at the rear of the unit. You could also use the Hubert Street kerbside parking at the front of the unit. Parking is free.

This is the ideal apartment if you are in search for comfortable and strategically located place situated right in the center of the Victoria Park and the Albany Highway cafe strip – from MacDonald’s to fine dining, be it Italian, Asian. Lebanese or Indian (over 100 restaurants) all within walking distance.
If you’re a coffee lover, Perth best coffee "antzinyapantz" is just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Located within walking distance to Coles, Target, Subway, Aqua life Leisure Park (& Swimming Pool), Office works, and MacDonald’s,

A few minutes’ walk to Shepperton Road intersection bus stop or to OATS Street train station gives you bus/train access to Perth CBD in matter of minutes. Numerous buses connect from here to Perth CBD with frequent services through the day. Bus 99/98 connects from here to Curtin University, Murdoch University and Fremantle. Bikiram Yoga Centre is just across the road, adjacent to Office works.

The Neighbourhood
Very safe and relaxing environment. Just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment you will find endless restaurants, cafe's and historical pubs. The apartment is facing away from this area and therefore there is no disturbance or noise.
The Aqualife Leisure Centre with fully equipped Gym and Olympic Size swimming pool is about 300 meters away.

Staying at Vasu's was a very pleasant experience for us. Vasu took the time to show us around the unit and recommended some nice restaurants and places to go to around the area. The unit was well furnished, beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked up with breakfast cereals, milk and instant noodles. The welcome fruit basket and chocolates were a very nice touch.
