Everything is within walking distance. A mere 1-minute walk for all your essentials, 3 min to beach or a short 10-min drive to the historic town of Cape May. This condo is centrally located - Best of Jersey Shore.

Owner lives in neighborhood & Property Mgr periodically rents the Unit 1. So there is a quick response!

The space
Escape to the sun-soaked shores of Wildwood, and indulge in the comfort of our cozy & unique attic-style with low vaulted ceilings and nautical theme 1BD/BTH, with convertible reading nook, a serene haven just a 4min stroll to beaches and 3 min walk to the Convention Center and famous Wildwood boardwalk. Our delightful apartment-style home is on the 3rd Level Unit #3 accommodates up to 4 guests.

Kitchen: 2 Burner Stove (no oven), microwave, air fryer, and retro mini-fridge

This is a 3 Level Tri-plex House Apartment style building, must be comfortable climbing stairs. Three 3 units are available to rent.

Other things to note
TRI-Plex home converted to 3 Apartment Units:
Shared Foyer, Stairway & Hallway to Unit 2 & Unit 3. This Unit is located on 3rd Level. Must be comfortable to walk 2 flights of stairs.

Only Unit 1 is pet friendly

Please note that the backyard, grill, and fire pit are exclusive amenities reserved for guests staying in Unit #1

HOST lives in the neighborhood and property manager periodically rents Unit 1. They are both readily available via text or visit to help with your needs.

The light switch located at the base of the staircase is equipped with a blocker to prevent anyone from activating it. To turn the switch on, one must insert their finger between the blocker to toggle it. This function is specifically for the emergency fire alarm, so please refrain from touching the light switch. The presence of the blocker serves this purpose.
