The house has 720 m2 of living space spread over 4 floors. Original natural stone walls and weathered old wood recreate a typical Alpine interior.
There is a 2-story high spacious lounge where plush sofas go beautifully with authentic wooden furniture and a large fireplace. This space is connected to the kitchen and dining area. A sleek black kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances for a self-catered holiday and a dining room with a large rustic wooden dining table for hours of dining, offer everything for cozy evenings with a company of up to 10 people.
From the lounge and from all balconies, there is a dazzlingly beautiful uninterrupted panorama of the Sella massif, the Marmolada glacier and the Civetta mountains.
In the living room, movies can be watched in a spacious, comfortable TV lounge, but there are also plenty of opportunities to quietly isolate yourself with a good book. This can also be done in the spacious mezzanine where comfortable armchairs offer a beautiful view of the mountains.
