About this listing

I absolutely love my apartment. There's a sunroof for natural lighting in a wood-floored living room, and quiet yet spacious private bed and bath. This apartment is located right by the food truck trailers and 5-10 minute walk to UT campus

From what I understand, this is Eugenia's first time hosting on Airbnb, but she's a natural. Great communication before my stay, answering all of my dumb questions. We were able to arrange everything just fine, which is a nice change from other Airbnb hosts I've had that don't even think about the key exchange. Place was even better than the listing had showed. Place was spacious and nearby many restaurants and bars. Really nothing to complain about. Thanks so much, Egenia!

While I never met Eugenia in person, she was helpful with coordinating things prior to arrival. When I arrived, she had a friend Joseph (neighbor) that was very helpful during my stay. Even offered to get me any small groceries while he was out purchasing his own things. Definitely a good neighbor! The room and stay went great! Picture is exactly as you see it. Teleported me back to my time at UT when I saw the bedrooms. You get a private bathroom that is clean with consistent hot water. Only minor concern I would say is the parking spot..originally was told to park in a certain spot, but it was taken. Fortunately Joseph was able to steer me in the right direction so I didn't take someone else's spot and get towed. All in all, a great place to stay if you're wanting to stay near campus or if you're in town for a SXSW or ACL, its a short bike ride away.
