The villa with approx. 160 sqm is located on the outskirts of Doberlug-Kirchhain on a 2500 sqm property with a fenced pond. You will have the entire house and garden for you alone.

The whole property is fenced and the pond on the property is also fenced, so your children can play safely.

There are numerous swimming lakes in the area, e.g. Bad Erna or Hennersdorfer See (10 minutes away by car, 20 minutes by bike).
