You will be situated in a nice, quiet residential family neighborhood, with waterfront view to a pond credit view park and just crossing the Sandalwood Parkway you will find yourself in the Credit view Park, a big park with lots of space, splash pads, kids rides, play area and sports fields for you to come down with family / friends and enjoy a nice afternoon.

You also have the Guardian Angels Church very near.

In that same church crossing, at the other side of the road, there are numerous commercial spots like a Little Ceasars, Indian food market, coffee shop, pharmacy, and more.

Within a short walk on sandalwood towards Mississauga road you can find even more commercial options like a Gas Station, Starbucks, A&W, Dentist, Banks, Longo's supermarket, Dollarama, and much more.
