Completely as advertised except it is very close to a caravan park which could be noisy depending on wind direction and who is there. This is something which cannot be controlled or even predicted?

The place had wonderful views of Mt Difficult. Being townies it was a thrill to have two kangaroos on our doorstep. The early morning sounds of an array of birds was magnificent. The place was in a great location to drive to nearby attractions. Milk was provided as well as coffee pods. The place was clean and well kitted out with essentials to make our stay comfortable.

The house and bedding were very clean. The rooms were spacious. The forest was just on the close backyard that we really enjoyed the view.

Response from Sylvia:
So glad you enjoyed the view just wish you had realised that the heater on the wall was also an air-conditioner (reverse cycle), as mentioned in the information book on the coffee table. It was unfortunate that during your stay the humid hot weather coming down from the north created a massive increase in insect activity, especially winged ants which are so small they can squeeze through the flywires.
