Our property is a one story cottage-style home situated on a wooded lot in Harborcreek. The cottage is close to Penn State Behrend, Wesleyville and General Electric. You will have the whole cottage along with its wrap around deck all to yourself. The property is located on Station Road which is a main road connecting Wesleyville to I-90, passing PSB's campus and the Bayfront Connector Highway into Erie, PA.

The space

The interior of the cottage consists of 2 nice size bedrooms with closets; a mail living area with couch and sofa chair and a modern kitchen area with breakfast bar. The kitchen has new appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.

Guest access

Guests will have the entire property to themselves. We live about 10 minutes away and can come over to help if needed. The cottage has plenty of parking space. This property can be booked "instantly."

Interaction with guests

Interaction can be as little or as much as the guest would like! We live only 4 miles from the home; and therefore are available to help with anything and can offer advice on places to visit in the area. We love meeting people and often visit with our English Bulldog pup, Daisy!

Other things to note

Great coffee is sold just across the street at Kelly's Corner. Giant Eagle super grocery store is just down Nagle Road about a mile from the comfy cozy cottage!

Great deal Little dark inside the unit due to trees and limited lighting. Nice kitchen and bath. Looks like recently built. Worked quite well for us. Mayn't thanks to Bud

What a great little cottage! It was just a short drive from many of the Erie attractions. Bud was an awesome host and so good at communicating. We will definitely be looking to see if Bud's place is available the next time we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean when we arrived! It is a perfect quiet little getaway while you are in Erie, PA! Also, Bud was very quick to respond to our texts, answering promptly any questions we had. We will definitely consider returning if we visit Erie in the future!

Bud was inaccessible. Despite the fact that I had paid and received a confirmation, we never got the code key to get into the house. I called, texted and emailed but he never contacted us. I had arranged this months in advance but ended up having to go to a hotel. It cost me hundreds of dollars. Still trying to get my money back.

The home is clean and comfortable. We missed the turn in the first time, it sneak up on you! The wrap around porch is great and just down the street are some really good places to eat.

My family has deep roots in Erie and my wife, Beata, is from Poland via Philadelphia. We met in college and she became a nurse while I became a lawyer. We have raised 8 high achieving kids. Our family motto is "I am Third" which is a take off from the "golden rule."
